We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse COD orders in certain areas or for certain products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team for return authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Shop4Elegance reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time without prior notice if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination, including payment obligations.
